JOIN US SUNDAY AT 10:30 A.M.
Women's Bible Study
Join us for a bible study each Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m., During this time we build a community of believers by sharing what is on our hearts and sharing prayer requests. This is a great opportunity to know the needs of the women in the group and then to remember others in prayer during the week. What a blessing to know that we are all being prayed for.
Meet: Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Each week we dive into God’s Word by going through books on different topics; we have studied books by authors Max Lucado, Kay Arthur, Lisa Terkeurst, Beth Moore, and Louie Giglio to mention a few. It is enlightening to study different parts of scripture and the many various topics in the Bible.
Senior Ladies at Calvary Memorial Church
CMC ‘SENIOR” ladies are women who believe they are never too old to help each other by building their self-worth through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As we learn from God’s word, each lady will grow spiritually as He molds and makes us into His only begotten Son, Jesus.
We believe that the Bible is God’s Holy and inspired Word. His book comes alive to us in every Tuesday morning class.
Tuesday Ladies Bible Ministry
Invites you to Senior Women’s Bible Study. Ages 55 – 100!!! If you do not know what to do on Tuesday morning, please join us starting at 8:45 a.m. for fellowship, light refreshments, prayers request, and God’s Word!
Whether you are looking for a community of believers, a deeper knowledge of God by studying the scriptures, or a time to share your prayer requests, this is the place for you.
Women In Touch
Women In Touch strives to help women find and establish their self-worth through a personal relationship with Christ.
The goal of Women In Touch is to help women become mature disciples of Jesus Christ, living victoriously and fruitfully for His glory. As the process occurs, each woman will grow spiritually, and the body of Christ will be blessed.
Our Women In Touch (WIT) ministry has been active for many years. The mission of Women In Touch is to honor God in all we do. We want to be a light to all who take part in our ministry, and to point those unbelievers to Jesus.
Women In Touch (WIT) provides many opportunities to fellowship within the church. Our women’s retreat is one of our big events each year. We travel to Ocean City, NJ to spend the weekend hearing God’s Word from guest speaker(s). Another favorite we recently added to our times of fellowship is our trip to Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster. We have many times of fellowship throughout the year which give the women opportunities to share time with fellow believers. We also include some activities where men and families join the ladies in fellowship.
Calvary's Kitchen Cupboard
The women’s ministry also works to upkeep our food pantry. Throughout the year our church family goes above and beyond to provide food for those in need. Meals and food items are provided throughout the year, but the biggest times is during the holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
We provide turkeys and all the fixings for a complete meal. Even our Postman has heard about our food baskets and each holiday he provides many turkeys! God has been so gracious in providing all that has been needed in these times.
Please contact Dawn in the church office for more information. (215) 332-1676 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
